Edem Adzogenu
Senior Advisor
Edem Adzogenu is an International Business and Policy Consultant, entrepreneur, and Founder & CoChair of AfroChampions, the public-private partnership platform advancing Africa’s deep continental integration.
He specializes in innovation, economic development, Pan-African integration, and the design of complex public-private partnerships that mobilize investment and strengthen institutions.
Edem’s career spans multi-country initiatives at the intersection of business strategy, public policy, and systems innovation. He has supported African Heads of State, Fortune 500 companies, G7 governments, and regional institutions in navigating reforms and building transformative platforms.
Through AfroChampions, Edem has helped architect continent-wide systems including PanaBIOS, the AU-backed bio-surveillance suite; the AfCFTA Hub Super App, Africa’s first trade registry ecosystem; the Trillion Dollar Investment Framework (TDF); and the 4D Agenda, a collaborative innovation engine linking African governments, the diaspora, and development finance institutions.
Edem also contributes to continental governance through roles on the African Public Health Foundation Governing Council, the Pandemic Fund External Advisory Council (CoChair), The Nigerian Digital Health Initiative (Vice Chair) and other boards across health, innovation, business and development.
